Which kernel-firmware package are you using?  It's a known problem that the
latest kernel-firmware conflicts somehow with the older kernel code.  So if
you're using the kernel from TW or OBS Kernel:HEAD, please use the package from
Leap 15.1 repo.

If it's with the leap 15.1 kernel-firmware, please check with the kernel in OBS
Kernel:openSUSE-15.1 repo.
