I noticed some additional updates were availble including one for dracut.
Installed updates and the terminal never returns to prompt

dracut[I]: *** Creating initramfs image file '/boot/initrd-6.5.6-1-default'
done ***

Ctrl-C returned the following
^C
Trying to exit gracefully...
^C
Zypper is currently cleaning up, exiting as soon as possible.

Initrd was created in /boot.
