This is a matter of the Qt widget theme that is used. Some widget themes show
those mnemonics, some don't.

Please remember that since YaST is running as root, you'll have to change this
in the desktop settings for root, not for your own user account.

In KDE/Plasma and GNOME, you can change the widget theme in the respective
control center / settings. For other desktops, you may have to install "qtct"
(separate package) and change the settings there - as root in every case.


Anyway, this behaves as specified (even if some people may not like that
behaviour - then please change another widget theme).
