We have to migrate to openssl 1.1 library from openssl-1.0. This is needed for SLE15 preparations where we need to be able to offer new TLS crypto versions. As a short time fallback one can substitute the in-package dependency to openssl-1_0_0-devel to keep building. But that will keep working only for next 6 months+-.
