On HP Z-Book 15 (1. generation) the Realtek SD card reader is not detected. If booting with SD card inserted it will be detected. Using: echo 1 > /sys/bus/pci/rescan Will force the reader to be detected and media can be mounted. Following "echo" the command: /sbin/lspci -nnk |grep -A3 RTS5249 will give the expected output.
