sorry none was able to come to you in time.

I can't reproduce for current factory. Note that from Apache 2.4 on, xml2enc
module is provided via Apache itself, see:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/mod/mod_xml2enc.html
So I am considering it was fixed meantime.

Please try it for example in Tumbleweed or 13.2. If you see the error again,
please attach also your apache configuration, and try to describe how to
reproduce the error in more details.
