I can't reproduce the crash on Leap 15.0 with Plasma 5.12.5.

kinfocenter uses DBus to activate the other running instance, I assume that is
where it goes wrong. The "QObject::connect: invalid null parameter" message is
interesting.

A backtrace even without debug symbols would be very helpful.
