Can not reproduce, on a  *older* factory

I'd like to know *who* has removed the script /usr/bin/systemd-tmpfiles-keep
*without* dropping a note to systemd maintainers. The file belongs to FATE
#314974 and has to added to git repository of aaa_base and should not be
removed!
