Comment # 2 on bug 971671 from Noah Davis

Hello! I've been working on Breeze icon themes for YaST since around March of
2018 and had no idea this bug report existed. I've just finished all of the
currently required icons, so we just need to wait until YaST build tools
support dead links. The YaST team is already working on that, so it shouldn't
be too long before we can ship the new icons in openSUSE Tumbleweed.
