That one I can't see, not even with the Leap 15.0 kernel. May be specific to
the AST2500 chipset, or depend on the Leap 15.0 user-space.

That's the one I see. For completeness, could you please boot Takashi's test
kernel from comment #52 and confirm that it at least solves the console
(non-X11) slowness? This would confirm that we are chasing 2 different bugs.
