Please stop this habit.

We're doing this here to enhance openSUSE.

We decided the change made in the past was wrong and therefore reverted
it.

As there is no real benefit to our users by implementing the shared
library policy in the way you did we decided to revert it.

Do not reopen this defect once again, please.
