Hmm ... then the question rises: why do the fips test not restore the entropy
level after the tests? It should be possible to save a copy of the current
entropy and write it back after the tests, the kernel has an API exactly for
this, see ioctl RNDADDENTROPY in man:random(4).  Drain the entropy makes the
system unusable.
