Hi Volker,

the /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/net-snmp.conf was changed during the last version
upgrade to net-snmp-5.9.3 and is not causing the above issue anymore.

-d      /var/run/net-snmp       0755    root    root
+d      /run/net-snmp           0755    root    root

The message about the "Duplicate line" is just a warning that the default
values from /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/ are not used anymore. I agree that this is not
really a nice behavior.
