I've found that enabling CONFIG_HAVE_ARCH_AUDITSYSCALL and CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL would require disabling CONFIG_OABI. Unfortunately, Leap 15.4 armv7l user-space environment relies on OABI quite surprisingly. Disabling CONFIG_OABI makes processes SIGABRTed here and there in a random manner.
