Well, given the fact that Wietse already knows about this for well over a year and this hasn't made it into Postfix yet, I think it is safe to assume it never will be available from upstream. The best we can hope for, is that the maintainer of this package in openSUSE will apply the patch. Which isn't totally unreasonable, since the root cause of these warnings (symlinks to libraries) are caused by the packaging.
