Obviously there is no silver bullet. This is no single bug, but attributed by different factors. We couldn't address all of them so far, and it's enough to cause the significant problem... For TW, I guess the majority of regressions would be fixed by CONFIG_VOLUNTARY_PREEMPTY and the user-space side fixes. But there must be many remaining machines that still suffer from the performance issue, unfortunately.
