[Build 0094] openQA test fails in zypper_ref for Leap 42.3 ppc64le
as referenced below there was not failure in previous Build0093.

zypper ref try to access url that do not exist:
http://download.opensuse.org/ports/update/leap/42.3/oss/media.1/media <= Curl
error 52

while url valid up to:
http://download.opensuse.org/ports/update/leap/42.3/oss/

openQA test in scenario opensuse-42.3-DVD-ppc64le-lvm@ppc64le fails in
[zypper_ref](http://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/425735/modules/zypper_ref/steps/3)


## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build [0094](http://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/425735)
(current job)


## Expected result

Last good: [0093](http://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/425479) (or more recent)
