If you don't want to add a new repository ( http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/alarrosa:/branches:/bnc964548/standard/ ) then you can install individual packages. In that case, I think just installing plasma5-workspace-5.4.3-10.1.x86_64.rpm and plasma5-workspace-libs-5.4.3-10.1.x86_64.rpm from https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/home:alarrosa:branches:bnc964548/plasma5-workspace?repository=standard should be enough.
