rtl8723be on 13.2 kernel (3.16.x) is known to be a bit premature.  A similar
instability was reported in bug 906212.

Could you check the recent kernel in OBS Kernel:stable?  Try to update both the
kernel-desktop (or your running flavor) and kernel-firmware packages.
