I have the "cacert" certificate package installed:

When I attempt to read the cacert blog:
 https://blog.cacert.org/
I am getting certificate errors with Konqueror, with Falkon and with chromium.

It seems okay with firefox.

I never ran into this with earlier Leap releases.  Perhaps the package
"ca-certificates-cacert" needs updating.
