In anyway, I reassign this to dracut people.

Thomas and Daniel: please check the dracut module in comment 4.

In short, the cherryview-pinctrl driver is needed to make things working, and
it has to be loaded before others.  But this pinctrl driver is optional, so we
can't give the hard / fixed dependency, and a thing like modprobe softdep won't
work.  That's why a workaround like this would be required.

If you guys have a better idea, let me know.  Thanks.
