libtcnative-1-0 with version 1.2.23 used for instance in Leap 15.3 and Tumbleweed causes warnings in recent Tomcat installations. E.g. when using Tomcat 9.0.64 the following messages are found in tomcat/logs/cataline.out: INFO: An older version [1.2.23] of the Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat recommends a minimum version of [1.2.30] INFO: Loaded Apache Tomcat Native library [1.2.23] using APR version [1.6.3].
