Hello, the package lksctp-tools-devel does not have the pkg-config file libsctp.pc. This is breaking the build of programs that have "Requires: libsctp" in their .pc files, e.g.: Package 'libsctp', required by 'libosmocore', not found In other distributions, lksctp-tools-devel or libsctp-dev provides the file.
