Now I did exactly everything you said. When I installed xf86-input-libinput,
and restarted, the laptop's internal keyboard stopped working again, and the
debug-eventes libinput only came out with the USB keyboard. As soon as I
uninstalled it, and restarted the keyboard, it returned to work, and libinput
debug-events, has output with both keyboards.
Here are the outputs from libinput debug-events, after uninstalling
xf86-input-libinput:
The first is with the laptop keyboard, the second with the USB keyboard.
Everything indicates that he was right, the fault was with xf86-input-libinput
