This repo requires KDE:Qt5, not KDE:Qt58.

Also, the translations have been split out from kde-l10n-xx to separate -lang
packages in 17.04 (e.g. kpat-lang and libkdegames-lang).
That is on purpose, and actually an upstream change.

Either install kde-l10n-xx 16.08.2 from the standard oss repo, or switch all
packages to 17.04 (and make sure the corresponding -lang packages are
installed, but that should happen automatically in that case).
