Steps to reporduce: 1. Start a VM. 2. Menu "Devices > Install Guest Additions". 3. In modal, click download button. Result: Download encounter a network error. But download https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/6.0.4/VBoxGuestAdditions_6.0.4.iso in web browser will succeed.
