The package tpm2-tools is not really running the unit tests nor the integration tests. This is critical because there are several bugs upstream that only seems evident when LTO optimization is activated, that is the default now. One example is: https://github.com/tpm2-software/tpm2-tools/issues/2767 (boo#1187316)
