Thank your for reporting. Could you report rather this to upstream? Then we'll have a better chance. But maybe better to concentrate on fixing the crash on 4.3 at first, then follow other things. So please report the issues separately. About the kernel warning from 4.2.x "multiple BARs": I guess this already existed for long time. Check journal log of the earlier boot. This is usually indicating a BIOS bug and in most cases it's harmless.
