IIUC this is an instance of the problem Coolo discussed on Research: https://mailman.suse.de/mlarch//SuSE/research/2016/research.2016.12/msg00183.html "qemu IO stalling the entire system" I think https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=980374 'Continuing on welcome screen does not yield "must accept license"' was also it, but the openqa test runs have meanwhile been deleted so I cannot confirm that :-( Coolo do you agree? Can we help this from the YaST / libyui side?
