Ok, so apparently there should not be differences between these two ways of
reloading the service:

systemctl reload firewalld.service
vs
firewall-cmd --reload

I hope firewalld/systemd maintainer can help here. If both commands are not
equivalent, then YaST should be adjusted. But we need maintainers take a look.
