Comment # 3 on bug 1045658 from Imobach Gonzalez Sosa

The difference between 3.1.144 and previous versions is quite noticiable,
although in my case it "only" went from 1 second to 5 when reading the services
configuration.

I'm attaching YaST2 logs for both cases.
