The 'Generated final_xml' created by virt-install has the firmware that was
specified on the command line.
The 'XML fetched from libvirt object' is where a change was made. This means
that libvirt overrode what was passed into it by virt-install and replaced it
using the 'ms' versions. I'm not sure why it did this.

In my testing on a SLE15-SP4 host, I get a TianoCore screen up because no 
bootable options or device was found (I'm using an os15.3 qemu installed
image).
