This problem is happening only on ppc64le machines. Other machines do not
reproduce this problem. It was also not reproduced using Leap nor SLES.

Also, it is not a problem with the Welcome screen. As one can see in the
attached image "installation" the problem happens through all the installation
process.  

It also seems not to be a problem in yast installation. As when we run the
installation using ssh, there is no problem with the characters and the design
is not broken.

The problem seems to be on the console. When I start the system using the
startshell=1 option, the tty already presents several problems. Using the tty,
I cannot see anything that I type and the commands that I write do not show any
result (as one can see in the attachments).
