gnome-software on first run

gnome-software is installed by default, but not started. Once I start
gnome-software manually, it indeed generates the Utilities and YaST app folders
correctly. OTOH, gnome-software itself looks like the attached screenshot on
first run, but perhaps that's a separate bug.
