For X (and Wayland) as long as everything goes through evdev and libinput we
don't actually care about what goes on in kernel. That has been the intent
behind the FATE.

In SLE15-SP1 the kernel support for serial wacom devices is on. Hence SP2
should keep that feature. IMHO configs between TW and SLE should be as similar
as possible. And if we have kernel support we should also ship the latest
inputattach in TW.

Now I am sure that we will not want to probe for such old devices. Hence I see
no great value in a separate package for inputattach. So I think we should just
update it to the latest version in the package we currently ship it. This is
ancient hardware after all.
