I sent this as update to Leap 15.2 https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/860708 because 1. https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/issues/20250 confirms that CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR is not a full path 2. People started submitting ugly workarounds https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/860701
