Meanwhile I updated Tumbleweed to the version "20180920". With this version the
starting of die IBM-Notes Client is very quick (even quicker as an my normal
Leap-42.3-System) and everything seems to work normal.

So the problem has totally disappeared. I'll change the Status to "Resolved".
(I hope I can do that.)

With Leap 15.0 it still exists. But when I use the Tumbleweed libraries (/lib/
and /usr/lib/) on a Leap-15.0-system instead of the normal ones, starting of
die IBM-Notes Client is normal and quick too. 

So I would like to know, when Leap 15.0 changes to dthe Tumbleweed-Libraries?
