gdbm_load and gdbm_dump are tools shipped with gdbm-devel package. Version 1.23 of those two tools contains a bug that makes the tools receive a SEGFAULT signal, causing a core dump, if run without arguments. On Leap, we ship an old version of the package that is not vulnerable. This bug affects only the package shipped with Tumbleweed. I already opened a bug on upstream: https://puszcza.gnu.org.ua/bugs/index.php?598
