The ACPI errors still appear and there has nbeen not activity, now with some
changes:

- updated to OpenSuse Leap 15.1
- updated to kernel 5.3.0-rc4-2.g473ac28-default from KOTD (but appears also
with the stock 4.x kernel)
- now confirmed with different hardware, the latest dell precision 7530

The ACPI error messages during boot are very ugly. If they are not harmful,
they should be at least been hidden from the normal user during startup.
