For my 4K monitor, in my environment I have GTK3 set to GDK_DPI_SCALE=0.5 GDK_SCALE=2 Current version of Chromium does not honor these anymore, resulting in very small unscaled UI. using --force-device-scale-factor=2 works, but putting it in ~/.config/chromium-flags.conf doesn't, as it seems this file is ignored (separate issue).
