this does no longer happen with 42.2 (but still did with 42.1)

Current tumbleweed also has this fixed:
[    5.757717] Adding 2093052k swap on /dev/sda5.  Priority:-1 extents:1
across:2093052k SSDsFS

So some systemd update seems to have fixed the issue ;)
