After updating netcfg, the following services did not start anymore: postfix nscd autofs ypbind ntpd and sddm only shows a black login screen. The cause of the problems is the move of file /etc/services to /usr/etc. I added a symlink (ln -s /usr/etc/services /etc) to see what will happen and after a reboot most services worked again except nscd and ntpd. If instead of the symlink a copy the file (rm /etc/services ; cp /usr/etc/services /etc) then after the reboot everything works again.
