Thanks.  That's a surprise.  By some reason the code didn't reach to that
point.
It might be the two additional quirks that are set only for BT3012.

I'm building yet another test kernel in OBS home:tiwai:bnc1082504 repo.
The rpm version will be *.gdce9ae0, but the release number might be smaller
than the previous kernel, as it's built in another OBS project.  Be careful at
installing and running it.  Maybe better to remove the previous test kernel.

The new one must show at least one "XXX" debug print.  It disables the two
mentioned quirks in the above, so if this makes things working, either of them
is the problem.
