Yes, you are right. there should be a warning message about Netwrok is
currently handled by Networkmananger.

I also test the same version on openSUSE Tumbleweed XFCE on x86_64 laptop,
there are still work fine.

Thanks for your information.
And I think that seems not a wifi driver issue, so we may ask the wicked
maintainer to get help.
