When trying to debug https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1200787 I have noticed that attached logs does not contain the _packages.root file. After checking the code[1], I realize that in my openSUSE Tumbleweed 20220619 there is no /var/lib/rpm/Packages file, but /var/lib/rpm/Packages.db instead.
