Not quite fixed yet webvfx is building in multimedia:libs but I updated shotcut
to version 17.06 and I haven't fixed the changes file yet. You can test it and
it requires qmelt in my home repo:

I've successfully exported an x265 video with qmelt installed. Otherwise simply
installing qmelt should work.
