They don't really hurt, as they are protected from being installable

 Solution 1: do not install postgresql15-devel-mini-15.1-1.1.x86_64
 Solution 2: break postgresql15-devel-mini-15.1-1.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of
its dependencies
