Don't need to have two mail clients installed by default, do we? Considering evolution has been GNOME's go-to mail client on openSUSE for ages, please drop mutt from default GNOME packages. It comes from the enhanced base pattern, and makes sense if someone installs a console-only system or desktop system without a default mail client, but we don't need it for GNOME.
