autorandr [1][2] auto-detects the connected display hardware and loads the appropriate X11 setup using xrandr . This package stood out in the weekly udev review. It installs a udev rule that starts the autorandr daemon whenever a GPU is connected (`40-monitor-hotplug.rules`). First glance observations: - uses MD5 - runs as root and works on user home directories [1] https://github.com/phillipberndt/autorandr/ [2] https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/X11:Utilities/autorandr
