This bug report was explicitly about missing german translations, and this got
fixed. I'm therefore closing this again.

For french, there's bug#1086068 anyway.

But last time I looked, the French translations were completely missing
upstream.

I don't think that actually is the same plasmoid.
I doubt that Kubuntu uses plasma-pk-updates, rather discover I suppose.
